Clause 1 Interpretations and Definitions

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the joker888 website accessible via joker888.vin and all associated subdomains.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at joker888.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any credits or funds granted to a Member by joker888 through promotional programmes, welcome bonuses, or other incentives.
• "Real Funds" refers to funds deposited directly by a Member into their joker888 account using an approved payment method.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the minimum requirement for the total amount to be wagered before winnings from the Bonus Fund are eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" or Know Your Customer refers to the identity verification process implemented by joker888 to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Clause 2 Account Eligibility and Registration

2.1 General Eligibility

To register and use joker888 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old or the minimum age stipulated by local gaming laws, whichever is higher.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another person.
• Not currently prohibited or restricted from using online gaming services under any applicable law.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at joker888 at any one time. This restriction covers accounts sharing the same IP address, full name, identification number, phone number, or payment method.

The discovery of more than one account linked to the same individual may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of all balances, including pending withdrawals of wins.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

Members must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and update it whenever changes occur. Joker888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including copies of an ID card, bank statement, or proof of address.

Clause 3 Deposits and Payment Methods

Clause 4 Withdrawal of Wins

4.1 General Withdrawal Requirements

All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed full KYC verification before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same Member's name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per application.
• Withdrawals funded entirely by Bonus Funds must meet the relevant Wagering Requirements before they are approved.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes depending on the selected method and transaction limits. VIP Gold members and above enjoy priority processing. Large withdrawals may require additional security checks, which can take up to one business day.

Clause 5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by joker888 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per Member unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• Joker888 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

5.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Wins generated using Bonus Funds must meet the Wagering Requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount received, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms. For example, if you receive a RM 50 bonus, you must place aggregate bets totalling RM 1,500 before winnings from that bonus fund can be withdrawn.

Clause 6 Member Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Joker888 members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Money Laundering: Using the Joker888 platform to legitimise or conceal funds from illegal activities.
• Bot and Automated Software Usage: Using any software, scripts, or automated mechanisms to play or exploit the system.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts or colluding with other Members to obtain bonuses fraudulently.
• System Disruption: Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the operations of the Joker888 platform.
• Account Sharing: Allowing others to access or use your account.

Clause 7 Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 Closure by Member

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the Joker888 support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding Real Funds balance that has not been withdrawn will be returned to the Member once all withdrawal requirements have been met. Unused Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Closure by Joker888

Joker888 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of any terms in this document, or for reasons of platform security and protection.

Clause 8 Data Protection and Privacy

Joker888 manages all Members' personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). All collected information is used solely for platform operations, identity verification, and payment processing. Clause 9 Liability Limit

Joker888 shall not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect losses, consequential losses, or loss of opportunity arising from the use of this platform. Joker888's maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to that claim.

Clause 10 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the joker888 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties within 30 days. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be referred to the relevant arbitration body.
